Herbs to Cleanse Intestinal Parasites

For centuries, natural herbs have been used to heal parasite infestations, as well as other digestive problems. Rosemary has several properties that attack and kill intestinal parasites. It should be incorporated into your diet as often as possible, preferably at least once per day. Rosemary tastes great on potatoes, salad, and is commonly found in garden herb seasonings, made for meat and vegetables. Try to intake one serving per day, or about 1/2 teaspoon, to fight off intestinal parasites.


Chamomile is another herb that is well known for its ability to kill intestinal parasites, and clear the intestinal tract. Incorporate chamomile into your diet daily, by drinking at least one cup of chamomile tea each day. This will keep the intestinal tract clear, and also has amazing soothing abilities that will lower stress levels, and leave you feeling more relaxed.


Thyme has long been used to cure many types of illnesses, including intestinal parasites. Thyme will kill many of the most common forms of parasites, such as tapeworms and hookworms. Thyme is actually a common herb that is included in many daily entrees. Thyme is typically added to meat rubs, stuffing, gravy, stir-fry, and steamed vegetables. Add a spoonful to your favorite dish once a day. It has a very subtle flavor, and will work to keep intestinal parasites out of your digestive tract.
