Sleep wrinkles on the chest occur when sleeping on your side. Your body and chest scrunch into a position in which skin folds are created and wrinkles form. Chest wrinkles normally go away within an hour, but there are ways to keep them from happening and ways to get rid of them quicker.

Sleep on your back. Use a pillow under your knees to help you sleep easier in this position. Chest wrinkles should not occur when sleeping on your back instead of on your side.

Apply moisturizer to your chest wrinkles as soon as you get up. Moisturizing the area plumps skin, reducing wrinkles’ appearance.

Massage wrinkles on your chest. Massage promotes blood flow to the chest area, smoothing out the appearance of lines on your chest.
