Vitamins To Help Sinusitis

A good way to treat Sinusitis is with vitamins. There are quite a few treatment options available for Sinusitis, whether it be natural remedies or prescription drugs. However, most people with Sinusitis don’t realize that often times vitamins alone can help to speed up the recovery process.

Take 500 mg of Bioflavonoids, three times per day. Bioflavonoids work best with Sinusitis that was caused by allergies.

Take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, four times per day. Vitamin C is an anti allergy, and also helps to enhance the immune system.

Take 25,000 IU of Vitamin A each day for a week. Vitamin A helps with the mucous membrane lining and taking a high dosage for a week can help to improve the condition and speed up the healing process.

Take 10 mg of Zinc each day. Zinc is one of the most effective natural remedies to use to treat Sinusitis. Zinc is also common in many of the vitamin blends used specifically for Sinusitis.
