Body wraps are very popular to help lose weight and make you feel healthier overall. There are many different types of body wraps. They help to rejuvenate the skin, detox the body and help promote weight loss. Most body wraps include items such as: seaweed, aloe, healing salts, rose hips, alfalfa, Clary, sage, Humfrey root, dandelion root, rosemary and chamomile.

How to Make and Use the Wrap

Take green clay, sea salt and some olive oil and put it all in a large crock pot. Stir the ingredients together. Fill it up with water and stir. You can then put in some seaweed and other ingredients that you would like to add for fragrances. The ingredients you choose depends on what you like. Slow cook the water and ingredients for a few hours. When it is hot, place a cloth bandage into the water and let it soak for about an hour. Get a friend or family member to help wrap your body. Once the wrap is on, exercise or walk around to detox your body. After a few hours take it off.
