Natural Ways to Firm Skin

Skin tightening creams can be expensive and contain chemicals someone may not want on their skin. Here are some natural, and inexpensive, ideas for firming skin.

Water

Drink as much water as possible to promote skin elasticity. Dehydrated skin is unhappy skin.

Shea Butter

Use pure shea butter instead of lotions with chemicals to keep every inch of skin firm.

Banana

Mash a banana, slather it on your face, and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water to remove.

Caffeine

Caffeine can do more than just give your body a jolt in the morning; it can also give your skin a jump start. Make a morning cup of joe, then mix 1/4 cup of the used coffee grounds with one egg. Slather it on, leave it for 15 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Steam

Getting rid of impurities can make skin feel firm. Get to the nearest sauna and start sweating out the bad stuff.
