Congestion

Apply it directly on the skin under the nose three to four times a day for maximum relief. You may also rub it all over the chest, throat and back for chest congestion instead of nasal congestion. Do not place it directly in the nose.

Muscle Aches

The ointment also soothes common aches and pains associated with overuse of muscles or daily pains. Apply it three to four times a day to the affected area for instant relief.

Skin Irritation

The cooling effect of the ointment helps it soothe common skin conditions such as wind and sunburn or chapped skin and lips. Apply a thin coat to the affected area as needed.
