FOREHEAD STROKE:

Using your finger tips, gently stroke outward from the center of the forehead to the hairline.

BRIDGE SQUEEZE:

Use the middle fingers of both hands to press gently inward at the bridge of the nose.

BROW TO HAIRLINE SQUEEZE:

Place the thumbs under the center of the eye brow. Feel at the edge of the eye socket for a notch.

Place fingers at hairline on both sides. Gently squeeze thumbs towards fingers.

UNDER EYE PRESS:

Using 3 fingers of each hand, find the space between the eye orbit and the top of the cheek bone. Press gently.
